Admission Process

Ibun Masood High School Welcomes students of all Religious Denominations for both O-Level (S1-S4) and A-Level (S5-S6) programs. We offer day and boarding options with both secular and Islamic theology studies.

Admission Requirements

  • O-Level: Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) certificate or equivalent
  • A-Level: Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes
  • Completed application form (available at the school office)
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Recent passport-sized photographs for both Students and Parents(3,000/= fee)
  • Previous school reports (if transferring)

Application Steps

  1. Collect an application form from the school office.
  2. Submit the completed form with required documents.
  3. Attend an interview/entrance assessment (if applicable).
  4. Receive an admission letter upon acceptance.
  5. Pay at least 70% of the total fees on your first day.
  6. Complete registration with uniform and other requirements.

  • Term Dates: Specific dates will be provided in your admission letter
  • Reporting Time: Boarders must arrive before 5:00pm on opening day
  • Daily Schedule: Classes run from 7:00am to 5:00pm
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Supper are provided and compulsory for all students with meal cards.
  • Curriculum: Dual program with both secular and theology studies
