About Our School

Ibun Masood High School is a private day and boarding "O" and "A" level secondary school situated on a 5-acre land in Kibiri, Busabala Road. It is a non-denominational Muslim-founded institute offering a dual curriculum—secular education for all students and theology (for Muslim students).

Our History

The school was unveiled on 26th December 2006 and officially opened on 4th February 2007 with only 7 students. By the end of the first year, enrollment had grown to 71 students. The "A" level section was started in 2009.

The land was donated in the cause of Islam by the late Mr. Hamis Kyogoobe, whose dream was to see the land developed for two projects: a community-conscious school and a mosque.

From humble beginnings with makeshift classrooms, the school has grown to include fully equipped IT and science laboratories, secured UNEB examination centers, and continues to expand its facilities.
